Are you ready to witness a spectacular showcase of talent like never before, welcome to our highly anticipated talent hunt, where extraordinary abilities take center stage, we are thrilled to invite all inspiring performers, artists, and enthusiasts to join us on this exhilarating journey of discovering hidden gems and celebrating exceptional talent.

Talent Hunt Programme Objectives:

• To search the talents of students in the field of cultural items and as an anchor.
• To polish the talent of students.
• To give opportunities to all the students to present and polish their talent.
• To encourage students to shed their hesitations and show their capability.

This talent hunt spans a wide range of categories encompassing various art forms, Sketching ,Arts(calligraphy, painting),Poetry, Singing, Quiz, Spell B, Puzzle, Parody , Cooking, Physical (pushups, running, badminton, rope skipping), Dancing, Story, essay, article, poetry writing). These ideas are in-person versions of virtual talent show ideas. Talent shows are examples of team building events, corporate events , and employee engagement activities. Whether your team players know their talents or are attempting to showcase their capabilities for the first time, having a talent show for work is a fantastic idea. Everyone is encouraged to step forward and leave an indelible mark on our grand stage.

Our talent hunt is an open invitation for all individuals, passionate about their craft, whether you are a virtuoso musician, a mesmerizing dancer, captivating actor or a gifted artist, we are eagerly await your talent.

• Our esteemed panel of judges comprises industry experts, who possess keen eye for talent. They will evaluate performances meticulously providing constructive feedback and invaluable guidance to participants. Judges will judge the participant on the following criteria; Originality of idea. Does the idea or project show creative thinking?
• Quality of research methods and presentation.
• Clarity of idea.
• Understanding of potential market.
• Use of industry experts.
• International collaboration.
• Skill and thoroughness.
• Is it doable?

Clearly define who is eligible to participate in the talent hunt, this may include age restrictions, residency requirements and specific talent categories.

Set a registration process with specific deadlines and requirements. Participants should provide their personal information, talent category or any necessary document or portfolio.

You will be given 2 – 3 minutes to showcase your talent Evaluation will be done on the basis of originality, societal impact, novelty Only registered students will be allowed to participate in the event Students can use any props or any other showcase material to present their talent. Students are expected to bring their own materials/props required for the event Decision of the jury is final and binding, Safe and Family-Friendly, Those putting on a talent show generally reserve the right to cancel or restrict a particular performance, even if the performance does not violate a rule. The decisions made by judges or the show’s management in setting rules or evaluating a performance are usually considered final and are not subject to complaint or alteration.

The social component of extracurricular activities instills a sense of community, responsibility and involvement. Students who participate in extracurricular activities are more likely to feel confident in their ability to multitask and are more likely to request help on assignments they do not understand. Students learn to respect themselves and others, and this leads to higher self-esteem. High self-esteem improves social, personal and academic performance.

Most extracurricular activities have a connection to higher education opportunities. Students who excel in sports, master a skill such as playing an instrument or invent a formula in a physics or math club may be entitled to college scholarships and grants. This incentive makes students more aware of their performance in and out of the classroom, making them pay greater attention to their studies. In addition, teachers, coaches and instructors are more willing to write recommendation letters for students who show dedication and perseverance. College scouts are looking for high achievers, and these students are often given opportunities to continue their extracurricular activities in higher education. Participation also shows the student's ability to balance all areas of his life.
